Welcome to SoundHaven Studios. By booking our rehearsal studios or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our facilities.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking our studios, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Studio Booking and Reservations
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from SoundHaven Studios.
- Payment: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. We accept cash, credit cards, and online payment methods.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit 50% of the booking fee.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your booking time will be reduced accordingly, with no refund for lost time.
- No-Show: Failure to show up for a confirmed booking without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.
3. Studio Rules and Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all users, you must:
- Treat all equipment and facilities with care and respect
- Keep noise levels within the studio and avoid disturbing other users
- Report any equipment malfunctions or damage immediately to staff
- Refrain from bringing food or beverages into the studio rooms (water is permitted)
- Not smoke, vape, or use illegal substances on the premises
- Not bring weapons or dangerous items into the facility
- Comply with all instructions from SoundHaven Studios staff
4. Equipment Use and Liability
- Equipment Care: You are responsible for using all equipment properly and in accordance with standard practices.
- Damage Responsibility: You will be held financially responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional harm.
- Personal Equipment: SoundHaven Studios is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment or belongings brought onto the premises.
- Equipment Availability: While we strive to maintain all equipment in working order, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific equipment at all times.
5. Age and Capacity Requirements
Users under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Studio capacity limits must be observed at all times for safety and comfort.
6. Intellectual Property
Any recordings, compositions, or performances created at SoundHaven Studios remain the intellectual property of the creator. We do not claim any rights to your creative work.
7. Limitation of Liability
SoundHaven Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facilities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoundHaven Studios, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our facilities or violation of these terms.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate bookings for any user who violates these terms, engages in disruptive behavior, or damages our property.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manila, Philippines.
